Would You Give Up Your Life in Exchange for a Lot of Gold?
An interesting real-life story on human greed
Hello my friend,
Welcome to another edition of Simpler Sundays by VyasSpeaks.
This week I’m planning to watch KGF 2. I wasn’t a big fan of South Indian cinema but over the last few years, I’ve started to appreciate it a lot. Once you accept the few tropes that South Indian movies have, you’ll soon discover brilliant storytelling, rich characters, and some out-of-the-box concepts.
Even the non-commercial, non-masala movies from the South do a great job of depicting human emotions.
What are your views on South Indian cinema? Do you also enjoy it?
That said, let me tell you an interesting thing. The abbreviation KGF actually stands for ‘Kolar Gold Fields’. Funnily enough, today’s post also revolves around gold. Great coincidence.
Anyhow, enough of the chatter. Let’s get to this week’s featured post where I share a real-life story about human greed. I hope you enjoy this one.
Happy reading!
See you next Sunday!
With love,
Shikhil Vyas
