A quite literal rags-to-riches story

Welcome to another edition of Simpler Sundays by VyasSpeaks.

First of all, I am terribly sorry for being so late with this week’s newsletter. I had actually written a different post for this week but then I scraped it and wrote something entirely new.

That said, how was your last week? Mine was good. There were elections in my state and so we voted to choose our new representatives.

I am also trying to reach out to a few illustration and design companies to ask them for sponsoring illustrations for my ebook. Let’s see how that goes.

Now, moving to this week’s featured post. As I mentioned earlier, this is something that I wrote from scratch in just a few hours.

I was going to send across a piece of fiction for this week but then found this story and realized this one is more deserving to go out today.

This is an incredible real-life story of a photographer who had a rough journey to begin with.
